Attorney T. Seth Koches joined Bauckham Thall in 2015 after serving as a prosecutor for Kalamazoo and Oakland Counties. He has extensive experience in Michigan’s court of appeals, as well as district, circuit, and probate courts.

Seth’s practice focuses on a wide range of municipal matters, primarily ordinance enforcement, planning and zoning, renewable energy projects, and economic development projects. Seth has extensive experience in civil litigation, contract review, conditional transfer of property agreements, annexation and installment purchase agreements. Seth also defends municipalities against civil rights complaints. 

Seth frequently lectures for the Michigan Townships Association as well as at other municipal conferences. He is a contributor to the publication Planning & Zoning News. In addition to his J.D., Seth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
