Attorney Catherine Kaufman presenting at the 4th Annual Marijuana Law Conference
Bauckham, Sparks, Thall, Seeber & Kaufman, PC Law Partner, Attorney Catherine Kaufman will be presenting and moderating at the 4th Annual Marijuana Law Conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Friday, October 25, 2019. The conference is presented by the Marijuana Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan in cooperation with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Attorney Kaufman will be speaking on the Municipal Response to Adult Use Marijuana. Some topics that she will be discussing will be municipal responses and authorities regarding adult-use marijuana establishments, opt-out requirements, competitive process, limits on municipal ordinances, the referendum/initiative process, and more.
