Roxanne C.Seeber is a graduate of Western Michigan University (B.B.A., 1985) and the University of Toledo College of Law (J.D. cum laude 1994). She received the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts in 1992 and in Evidence in 1993; she was a member of the law review.
She was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1994. She served as an instructor in legal research and trial practice at Davenport University, Kalamazoo Michigan from 1994 to 1997. She joined the firm in 1997, having previously served as a legal intern at the City of Toledo, for Connelly, Souter and Jackson, Toledo; and having commenced her legal career with Mumford, Schubel, Norlander, Macfarlane and Barnett, Battle Creek, MI.

ORDINANCE ENFORCEMENT AND DANGEROUS BUILDING CASES
Attorney Seeber prosecutes ordinance enforcement cases and unsafe buildings cases in Allegan, St. Joseph, Cass, Kalamazoo, Van Buren and Calhoun County District and Circuit Courts. She routinely provides advice to zoning administrators, ordinance enforcement officers and other township officials.
SEMINARS
Ms. Seeber is a frequent speaker for the Michigan Townships Association on ordinance enforcement, small claims, zoning and dangerous buildings issues and has authored articles for the MTA news.
